Get your Access Codes, Window Decals and Cards - These can be obtained by visiting or calling the Activities Staff in the Lodge. You will receive a gate access card, window decals (to be displayed on the driver side rear windshield of all vehicles), personalized gate access code, gym, bathroom, and kayak/canoe codes.

Get a Tour of the Facility Please contact your activities staff to receive a tour to The Camp’s facilities.

Register for your Email Address and Website Access – Most of our correspondence now takes place through email. Each property owner should go to www.TheSanctuaryLodge.com to register for preserve owner website access. Through your email you will be sent your activities calendar as well as safety alerts and neighborhood updates. You may also use the Sanctuary website to RSVP for community events and access discussion boards on community topics. Click Here to Register

Gym Access – The Gym is available to the preserve owners 24 hours a day through the outside door with an access code. See the Activities Staff for the code. Please be considerate and clean and wipe down the equipment when you are finished. You may bring your own personal trainer to the gym. If you are interested in finding a personal trainer please contact your Activities Staff.

Pool Access – Current pool hours are posted at the pool and online  Please note that we now have lifeguarded and non lifeguarded hours. To obtain your pool access card please see the Activities Staff. You are allowed up to six guests at the pool at one time. You must accompany your guest at the pool. A link for the complete list of policies can be found in the "pool" section of the website.

Tennis Courts - Tennis Courts are currently on a first come, first served basis. If you are interested in Tennis lessons please contact your Activities staff who can assist you. Lights for the tennis courts are turned on by switch on the court. However to help conserve power the switch will only work between the hours of 5pm and 11pm.

Canoes and Kayaks – Canoes and Kayaks are available to the property owners during daylight hours at a first come, first served basis. Property owners use is at their own risk and they must sign a waiver prior to taking the Kayaks or Canoes on the lake. There is a launch point for the Kayaks and Canoes directly down from the boat shed.

Docks and Boat Slips – Day slips are available for boat owners that are property owners in the Sanctuary. Over night stays are prohibited. Fishing is allowed off the dock area, but you are required to have a North Carolina fishing license.

Restroom Access – The restrooms are available 24 hours a day with the access code. See the Activities Staff or Lifeguards for the code.

Pet Policy – The Camp is a pet friendly area as long as dogs remain on a leash and are picked up after. No pets are allowed inside the Lodge.

Rental Policy – The Lodge, Pavilion, and Pool are available for rental. Please contact your Activities Staff for rental fees and availability.
